Train with other people
Training with other people keeps you motivated. We all have days when we don’t feel like training, but if the rest of the group is up for it, you won’t want to miss out. Joining a club is another way of having training partners and also getting access to a coach.

Keep it interesting
I’m a big fan of following a routine, but be careful that it doesn’t become boring. Switching around your exercises or the days of the week that you do certain sessions can keep things fresh.

Don’t forget your core
A strong core helps with everything you do, from sitting at your desk to supporting your back and even looking good on the beach! It is obviously a huge part of my taekwondo training with all the kicking we do.

Get more sleep
Sleep is the time your body recovers, so it is an essential part of your training!

Have a balanced diet
We all have a vice or two, especially when it comes to food, but try to limit the bad stuff you eat. A healthy balanced diet with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables is what your body needs when you are exercising regularly. And of course, a bottle of Mars Refuel within an hour of the end of your training will ensure you have recovered for the next time.
